- Abstract
- The Dhaka Profile and Earthquake Risk Atlas is part of the deliverables of the Bangladesh Urban Earthquake Resilience Project (BUERP), a collaboration of the World Bank and EMI. This document is a compilation of physical & socioeconomic profiles, built environment, hazards, vulnerability & risks information, and maps of Dhaka. This is based on the results and findings of the BUERP. The Dhaka Profile and Earthquake Risk Atlas aims to help in providing essential scientific data and information to improve capacity for earthquake resilience in Bangladesh.
